Ben is the Senior Property Specialist at BAE Systems Pension Funds Investment Management, which is the asset manager responsible for the BAE Systems’ group of defined benefit pension schemes (c.£28bn AUM in aggregate). The funds’ direct property holdings contribute towards two strategies, growth and long income, and assets overseen include property equity, debt, and structured finance. Ben is part of a team that also manages infrastructure assets, private debt, structured finance, commodities and other holdings. In addition he acts as property knowledge resource for the equities, private markets and fixed income teams. Prior roles include various positions in fund management, development management, private equity and acquisitions.
