Amanda is responsible for the development and delivery of Barnett Waddingham's overall policy strategy and specific practice area policies in relation to strategic industry issues with a focus on ESG and Sustainability, strategic DB planning, DC consolidation and Governance. She previously worked for The Pensions Regulator (TPR) in a number of policy and stakeholder roles – covering topics including sustainable finance and investment, trustee standards, DB consolidation and collective DC schemes. Amanda currently chairs the stewardship workstream of the Investment Consultants Sustainability Working Group (ICSWG), a group of consulting firms aiming to support sustainability across the investment industry. She brings an expert breadth and depth of knowledge to Barnett Waddingham, helping clients to better understand and manage the complex challenges they face.
