Andy joined Brightwell in 2015 having previously worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Pensions Actuary. Andy is responsible for the day-to-day running of all aspects of Brightwell’s Member Services operation, having played a key role in Brightwell’s transformation of pension administration. Andy is passionate about member experience and believes pension scheme members deserve better than the levels of service they have generally received in the past, and many continue to receive today.
