Marcus joined LCP in 2015 and started his career as a pension schemes administrator, working on GMP related projects for LCP's pension administration clients.

With the increasing demand for better insights and governance, Marcus’ role within LCP’s Data Services team has expanded into other data related areas including TPR data review reporting and data cleanse work for schemes progressing towards buy-out.

Most recently, Marcus has been appointed as a member of the PASA Pensions Dashboard Working Group. Marcus’s role is to ensure that the industry receive the right guidance so that administration clients can connect to the Pensions Dashboards eco-system at the right time and have all the necessary information needed to implement successfully.

Marcus qualified as an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute in October 2020.
