Matt leads the creation and delivery of Capita Pensions growth strategy. Working across Capita’s Consultancy, Administration and Data & Remediation businesses, Matt is responsible for refining proposition, market engagement & the approach to new business.

Matt joined Capita in September 2022, and is a pensions administration and data specialist, with past roles at WTW, ITM & Mercer.

Matt also co-founded and is Vice-Chair of NextGen Pensions, an award-winning volunteer organisation promoting fresh thinking and new voices in the pensions and savings industry.
