Lisa has extensive knowledge and experience in providing trace and mortality services. Highly regarded and known for her appetite for continuous improvement, Lisa introduced automated tracing to the pension market and developed investigated mortality screening. mypensionID is Lisa’s latest brainchild set to revolutionise the industry.

Lisa is passionate about giving back to the local community. Target works closely with local schools and charities regularly sponsoring events and new initiatives. Lisa introduced ‘Target in the Community’ enabling each staff member to take two paid days per year volunteering in the local community and in response to children school meals campaign, set up Full Up charity which is providing hot meals to children during every school holiday.

Lisa was voted in the Top Twenty Women in FinTech in December 2020 for her work in the industry.
