I first joined LCP in 2006 as part of our trainee administrator programme. Since then, I have worked on and managed several pensions administration projects including overseeing the transition of several schemes through the buy-in to buy-out and wind-up journey.

I am the client lead for LCP’s largest administration relationship, heading up a team of 25 administrators in our Winchester office.

Alongside these responsibilities, I am a member of our internal pensions administration buy-in and buy-out group, which exists to provide help, guidance and support to schemes undergoing insurance transactions. Within this group I specialise in working with schemes that have undertaken a transaction with Legal & General. I am also a member of the PASA De-Risking Journey Management Working Group.
