Hatty is an Associate Partner and a member of the Risk Settlement Investment team, providing strategic investment advice to defined benefit pension schemes with assets ranging from £20m to £1.5Bn. Hatty’s strengths lie in communication, translating technical investment concepts so that her clients have the confidence to make key investment decisions, and in turn minimise the costs and risks associated with risk settlement transactions. Hatty has 15 years’ industry experience working with both DB and DC pension schemes, and has played a pivotal role in many risk settlement transactions - including the first deferred premium buy-in deal (for the Kenwood Pension Scheme) and the recently announced £340m buy-in for the Ford UK Senior Staff Pension Scheme.
