Paul has spent the past 25 years working at Capita Pensions Solutions developing extensive industry experience through leading operational delivery, transformation and growth in the U.K. and Europe.

Paul is responsible for the Data, Remediation and Projects business, providing data lead solutions to over 400 public and private pension schemes and is passionate about driving customer-focused change through the utilisation of data, insight, technology, and engagement programmes that deliver improvements in value for pension scheme members.

Paul enjoys leading and developing senior teams whilst working closely with clients, customers, and stakeholders to deliver in challenging or complex environments, such as time constrained delivery or multi-party solutions. Paul is committed to developing people and creating better outcomes for clients.

More recently Paul was responsible for building Capita’s McCloud and GMPe propositions and is also leading Capita’s Pensions Dashboard Programme, which will deliver data analysis, rectification, and ISP solutions to over 200 pension schemes.

Paul is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.
