Mike Clark is Founder Director, Ario Advisory, a responsible investment advisory firm. Much of his work centres on the risks and opportunities of climate change, and other systemic risks such as LDI. He advised the Work and Pensions Select Committee, formally and informally, for their LDI enquiry. He gained fiduciary management and LDI experience during his 20+ years at Russell. His past NED role at Brunel (LGPS) offers a different fiduciary management perspective. Beyond the governance improvements that have arisen following the LDI episode, he will offer suggestions for further improvements for the management of risk and uncertainty, and the implications for fiduciary managers.
