Bella is driven by the opportunity for capital markets to contribute towards a more sustainable planet, and her career has spanned the private, public, and social sectors. Having helped establish the Impact Investing Institute in 2019, she is a member of their senior leadership team and leads their work on policy, regulation, and pensions. Bella joined the Institute from the UK government’s Inclusive Economy Unit, where she was a senior policy advisor on impact investing. Prior to this, she worked for UBS Investment Bank in their equities trading businesses in New York and London. Bella started her career in the charity sector and has a bachelor's degree in theology.
