Cadi is Isio’s Head of Sustainable Investment leading on sustainability research and client solutions. Cadi has worked with a range of institutional investors (across DB, DC and LGPS) on various aspects of their bespoke sustainability journeys, from e.g. setting net zero targets, reviewing managers and providers' ESG capabilities, implementing strategic portfolio changes as well as supporting on monitoring and regulatory reporting (including TCFD). She also dedicates time to further market-wide ambition on sustainability, including co-chairing the Investment Consultants Sustainability Working Group (ICSWG). Cadi won Sustainability Woman of the Year at the 2024 Women in Pensions awards.
