Stephen is Head of Sustainable Investing at WTW. This role spans overseeing delegated sustainable investing processes at WTW; supporting asset owners in their approach to sustainable investing; and asset manager research. He works closely with the Thinking Ahead Institute where sustainability and stewardship have been key priorities.

Previously Stephen has had roles leading stewardship, leading equity manager research and as regional head of research. He has served on the Investment Executive Committee and designed many elements of the WTW research process in place today.

Stephen is currently a member of PRI System Stewardship Advisory Committee, a member of the Investment Consultants Sustainability Working Group (ICSWG) Steering Group and chair of the Client Advisory Board for EOS at Federated Hermes.

Stephen graduated in 1999 from the University of Nottingham with an BA (Hons) First Class in Industrial Economics and is a CFA Charterholder.
