My work is underpinned by over 35 years of experience working on and with boards. I have served as a Chair, a Senior Independent Director, and the Chair of both the Remuneration and Nominations Committees, as well as a member of Audit and Risk Committees. I have conducted governance reviews for organisations including Welsh Universities, the General Medical Council, and professional services firms.
