Laura is a Partner and Head of DB Scheme Actuary Services at Hymans Robertson. She brings over 20 years of experience in pensions consulting, advising schemes ranging from £100 million to multi-billion in size. Her broad consulting experience includes regularly leading complex projects and advising on funding strategy, integrated risk management, and regulatory engagement. She plays a leading role in shaping responses to market changes, regulatory developments and thought leadership. Most recently this has included the evolving DB funding regime and emerging endgame options for DB schemes, with Laura at the forefront of discussions on how DB schemes might run-on and deliver long-term value. She is a regular spokesperson in the press on pension issues, a member of the Hymans Robertson Pensions Policy Group, and serves on the committee of the Association of Consulting Actuaries.
