Gary Allen is a Senior Manager in the EMEA Clients Team based in London. He provides fiduciary management services to institutional clients in the UK, focusing on investment strategy and the design and implementation of investment solutions.

​ Prior to joining Russell Investments in January 2025, he was an Associate Partner in the Aon Investment Practice with 18 years of experience. He was a trusted lead advisor to DB pension scheme clients varying in size from £20m to £bn+ across a range of governance solutions, including traditional advisory, OCIO, and fiduciary.
