Simon has extensive experience of delivering trustee services and managing pensions operations. In 2008, Simon moved in-house with Veolia to lead on projects and governance. He later became trustee services manager responsible for service delivery to the trustee board comprising several complex defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes.
