Jack is an associate in Linklaters’ pensions practice. He has experience providing legal advice to trustees and employers of DB and DC pension schemes. He advises on a broad range of matters, including DC master trust bulk transfers, pensions investments issues (including ESG and TCFD), scheme mergers and day-to-day DB and DC general advisory matters. He is interested in pensions investment and DC governance requirements, including SIPs, implementation statements and chair’s statements.
Jack has experience in funds and pensions investment work having previously worked as an in-house lawyer for both a major Australian infrastructure fund manager and UK property fund manager. He is also a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
