Jack is a managing associate in the pensions group based in London. He advises trustees and corporates on a broad range of pensions related matters, advising both employers and trustees. His experience includes day-to-day defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) advisory matters, pensions investment matters, buy-ins and buy-outs, scheme mergers, ESG matters (including TCFD) and scheme wind-ups. He also has experience of master trust bulk transfers and reviewing statements of investment principles, implementation statements and other key pensions documents. Jack has significant experience in funds and pensions investment work and worked in-house for a large international infrastructure fund. He has experience negotiating and reviewing limited partnership agreements and other key fund documents for both trustees and managers across a range of asset classes, negotiating IMAs and the appointment of segregated investment managers.
