Clare is a consultant within Aon’s DC pension team and has over 15 years of experience in the pensions industry. Prior to joining Aon she worked in house managing governance and risk for an employer with one of the UK’s largest DC pension arrangements. Her expertise lies in helping clients manage their pension plans effectively. Clare also works on Aon’s research into DC schemes in the UK to improve understanding of how the pension landscape and employer’s approaches are evolving, enabling her to provide pension schemes with informed, strategic guidance in their pension planning.
