Her work spans digital transformation, personalisation, member experience, financial wellbeing and retirement readiness, helping organisations connect with increasingly diverse audiences in ways that are relevant, accessible and measurable.
Alongside her client work, Shaily chairs PASA's Engagement & Communications Working Group and is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events. Drawing on experience gained across some of the UK's largest pension schemes and employers, she is passionate about raising standards across the industry and helping schemes move beyond awareness and understanding towards genuine member action.
