Chris Moore is Lead Investment Consultant for DC and Master Trusts at The Pensions Regulator, advising the supervision and policy teams on investment matters. Prior to joining TPR in 2023 he enjoyed a long career at BlackRock, working with public and private sector DB and DC schemes to deliver asset and liability management strategies across all asset classes.
