David joined TPR in 2009 in the Covenant and Financial Analysis team. David is a Chartered Accountant, and he has extensive experience covering DB and DC, Master Trust, CDC and consolidation. David has worked on some of the largest interventions TPR has been involved in, including BHS enforcement. David has played a key role in the development of policy and guidance, most recently, the new DB Funding Regs, Code and accompanying covenant guidance.
