Azima is a qualified actuary and an investment specialist within Aon’s Risk Settlement Group. She helps pension schemes prepare their assets for buyout and has advised on investment strategies varying in size up to multi-£bn. Despite having worked on some very large transactions, her current focus is helping smaller pension schemes (<£250m in size) navigate the current busy insurance market.
