Dom leads the team in L&G’s Pension Risk Transfer business that is responsible for implementing buy-in and buyout transactions, managing our pipeline, building and maintaining our relationships with pension scheme trustees, sponsoring employers and their advisers, and developing solutions to meet their needs.

Over the last four years, Dom’s team has successfully completed over £30 billion of buy-in and buyout transactions. In his time at L&G, Dom has worked on several market leading pension risk transfer transactions, including our ground-breaking umbrella contract arrangement with the ICI Pension Fund and our £2.4 billion buyout of the Nortel Networks Pension Plan.

He has more than 20 years’ experience across pensions consulting and life insurance. Dom is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
