As head of DB consolidation, I lead LCP’s teams supporting trustees and sponsors navigate the rapidly evolving defined benefit consolidation market - including DB Master Trusts, Multi-Trusts, operational consolidation platforms and DB financial consolidators (superfunds). In this role I regularly meet with providers across the DB consolidation market – to keep up to date on the latest proposition development – as well as regular touch points with TPR to hear the latest regulatory views.

I have extensive experience advising on DB pension scheme strategy, helping sponsors and trustees to identify which endgame option will deliver the optimal solution in the context of the trustees and sponsors’ objectives and the scheme’s wider circumstances (including covenant and the scheme’s balance of powers).

I then support these schemes to implement their preferred endgame strategy in a risk -managed way, with collaboration across key stakeholders being central to the delivery of a successful outcome for all parties.
