Cleo recently joined L&G after nine years at a leading specialist pension insurer where she led the execution of some of the market's landmark transactions, working on pension risk transfers totalling over £45bn in her time there. She continues to work with the trustees, sponsoring employers and advisers of some of the UK’s largest pension schemes to implement buy-ins and buyouts.

Cleo has over 15 years of experience in the pensions industry and previously worked at a leading employee benefit consultancy. Cleo is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
